During the visit, Senator Tester’s staff met with Oftedal employee-owners and heard firsthand about the history and benefits of the company’s ESOP. They also discussed Oftedal’s work with high school career and technical education and veterans programs to recruit the next generation of tradesmen.

Oftedal offers the private and public sectors professional construction management services related to heavy-civil construction projects including heavy-highway and road construction, site preparation, mining, renewable energy infrastructure construction, earthen structure construction, railroad grade construction, concrete batching, storm pipe and culvert supply and installation, and underground utility installation.
